This blended, personalised and reflective learning programme is designed to give you the skills and knowledge to support your career route towards a senior executive leadership role in internationalisation and global engagement. You will:

As part of the programme, you will complete 35 hours of training, divided into focused online modules of specialist content, mentoring and coaching with qualified coaches who are also senior professionals in internationalisation and global engagement, and additional materials. There will be opportunities for individual and group learning, peer support, and networking. All of this is designed to ensure that you receive every opportunity to succeed in your future career.
