About The IC Global’s International HE Leadership Coaching and Mentoring Programme

The programme is designed for aspiring leaders of internationalisation working in academic or professional services roles who seek personal and professional development tailored to progress their career.

The programme lasts up to six months and comprises nine hours of individual virtual sessions, normally delivered in blocks of 30 to 90 minutes. The coaching sessions will typically be three to five weeks apart, although this can be adapted to individual preferences and objectives. The coaching sessions will need to be completed within a continuous six-months period.
